Mr. M. S. Sandhu has sat as Sole-Arbitrator and as Co-Arbitrator and also appeared as counsel in several major arbitration cases ranging from RM2 Million to RM125 Million held under the UNCITRAL Rules at the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration.

Mr. M. S. Sandhu has practised as a litigation lawyer for over 30 years in Sarawak, Sabah and Brunei and he has acquired special qualifications and necessary skills and extensive experience in civil litigation work in a wide field including contract, tort, land law, industrial and administrative law. He has appeared as senior counsel in several cases. There are over 100 reported cases in local journals in which he has appeared as counsel.
